our client in orlando frequently orderes edibles, etc. for group breakfasts and lunches, and the food is fresh, tasty, and well-portioned. on the first day for breakfast, there were a few quiches that looked and smelled amazing, and the second day there was a spread of breads, muffins, and pastries. both days there were large fruit platters including raspberries, blueberries, grapes, apples, canteloupe, strawberries, watermelon, and honeydew. the fresh was appealing, very fresh, and delicious. the first lunch order included sandwiches, salad, and a dessert tray. i started with a salad, and was happy to see that it was beyond the basics of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, to also include shredded carrots, zucchini, summer squash, red pepppers, green peppers, and radish. the second day was a "brown-bag" lunch with sandwiches, chips, cookie (or apple), and potato salad. both days i had a turkey sandwich; basic but delicious. the bread was soft and i enjoyed both multi-grain and white. it was a good ratio of lettuce, tomato, and turkey. the potato salad was slightly dull in flavor, but it might have to be to reach a large corporate audience. people seemed to enjoy the egg, chicken, or tuna salad sandwiches, as well as the roast beef and vegetarian options. it is hard to get corporate catering right, but i think edibles etc. does it well. good food, relatively inexpensive, and many options to choose from.
